Mark as Useful this is a scam the caller had a very heavy indian accent and stated that they were on there way to my home with a writ of summons for me to go to jail. This is an attempt to extort money please hang up and do not evewn respond do not give out any information to these people

Mark as Useful This guy with an Indian accent called me to say that I won a prize of at least $1000 and was babbling about other prizes, so I hung up the phone. Less than a minute later, the same guy called me and asked why I hung up the phone! How do they get away with this harrassment? This guy knew my name and address. How do they get around the do-not-call list?
